We are learning to speak or write victoriously......

My-Lot is a great tool for many things.You can speak freely ,read,and write all in one. I find a lot of helpful information, By reading comments and questions from around the world.I have come to the conclusion that we really are not so different as once thought.

hello Jo, I admit i learn a lot of things here in mylot. I meet new friends and make brothers and sisters from different part of the globe. I am thankful to be a member of this social site. From a year of being a member here,my English improves a lot. Also with dealing people from different country,i've learn to be more observant when replying discussions. Eversince i joined this site,i tried my best to write my opinion according to what i believe and what's on my mind. I avoided topics that i can't relate with. Have a wonderful weekend dear

I may not use the term 'victoriously' Jo but I would say that I love this forum because here I can share my thoughts freely without any misundertanding. We maintain great respect while communicating and this is what I love about the forum.Take any topic and I find that there are many perspectives to the same issue and this is most fascinating. On top of everything else I love the camraderie that is found in the forum. THere are no strings attached , the discussion provides insight into various issues as well as an opportunity to earn some small pocket money. If we had assembled in a'Ladies' club' or so we may be sharing ideas but this is even better than that because in this forum there is no group politics, vested interest or favouritism.I have never found myself comfortable or able to relate to one and all in such clubs but here I am totally at ease.

Definitely I am learning about many topics here, knowing more about different countries, people, culture and learning is never ending in mylot.

I do believe that anyone can learn from anything that they do. I have taught my children that no matter what age you are, you should learn something new every day and that you should be willing to accept that you may need to learn something from anyone that you come into contact with so yes, I do feel that I learn from this site. I am from the US so I learn many things about other countries on this site.

I have certainly learnt many things since I have been here. I love to write so this is the ideal place for me! It is nice to be able to learn information from others and to be able to have a discussion about it. One of the things I love about MyLot is the array of interests; there is truly something for everybody!

hi Jotomy yes we all share so much, become friends and teach each other about our various cultures,we bring together friendship in peace here and that's sort of a victory at that. I have felt little hostility here and have great friends from many different countries. we all learn that in some things we all of us share some of the same worries, the same cares, even the same joys while we may express things differently we make some ties and bonds that mean real peace and real friendship.So in a way we are all of us victorious.

I am a native English speaker and when I went through school there was a lot of emphasis on writing. So, I would say that even before I started on mylot a year ago, I was already a pretty strong writer. However, in the year that I've been here I've been writing on a more regular basis and I think that has helped me to have an even better handle on composition than I had when I was a younger woman. I think that my time on mylot has been a benefit to me and it will continue to be a benefit to me.
