Morning walk is better than evening.. Evening the air is polluted , while in the morning everything settles down and air is pure and refreshing.. To me it feels nice to start with your a morning walk as i remain refreshed and energetic through out the day.I dont find that advantage in the evening walk.

The few differences that I can think of. 1) The quality of the air. It will be fresher in the day 2) Weather/Temperature. It will be cooler in the day 3) The pace of the environment. It will be more relaxing and calmer in the evening. Everyone is rushing for work in the morning. These are some of the difference that I can think of.

I like walking in the mornings. I like to clear my mind and start off the day fresh and clear. And for my evening walks, I will make sure that I walk after my food has digested into my stomach. I can't walk on a full stomach. There is no way that I can do this. I will be slowed down on the track by this. The morning walks are made to renew the mind, body and spirit, to start the day afresh. And the evening, is made for us to burn excess calories off and unwind for the rest of the day. Burning calories off in the morning can be beneficial too.

An hour in the morning is better than 2 in the evening. Morning walk is always good a our body is free from stress, but in the evening the body is stressed out and the muscles are cramped.

Morning walk is always better ,it gives fresh air and energy ,generally people who are not having time in the morning or late riser they take up evening walk ,perhaps I have answered your question .

I really don't see much of a difference, and the answer is in the person that is walking at that time. Mornings to me are a great time, the temperature is cool, the rising of the sun is beautiful, breathing in the fresh air is awesome. Evenings you have more people to communicate with, walking off the evening meal and getting rid of those unwanted calories is good. I have done both. But mornings seem to be a much more appropiate time for me. Both are good for your health.

It really depends on your preference. Are you a morning person or an evening person? If you are a morning person, by that I mean you feel alive and invigorated in the morning then go ahead and have that walk. You will feel good through out the day. But if you feel sluggish in the morning and becomes alert at night then I suggest you do your walking in the evenings. It also depends on your schedule. If you can afford to have that walk in the morning or you do it when you're done with your work in the afternoon/evening. Whatever your preference, you will surely feel invigorated after your walk. just don't over do it.
