Firefox is fast if you do not open many tabs, and have the tabs loading or refreshing at the same time.
There are still websites which do not work very well on Firefox, as these websites are optimised for IE.
Firefox gives the option to dowload plug-ins, which many users seem to be excited about. It is an individual preference, but the previous version crashed a lot partly due to these plug-ins. Hopefully this is no longer a problem with the latest version.

Version 3.6.7? That is the latest version, and I had it installed a few days ago.
I am not a fanatical supporter of any browser, though currently it seems that I am a die hard Opera supporter. I have many browsers installed, and I test them as much as possible. It has been my habit since 2000, ever since I found Opera, to have at least 20 open tabs and have them reloading at the same time. My opimion is based on real experience, and personal preferences.

You're really reliable in terms of your comments here. Yeah, i installed the 3.6.7 and I also have an operamini browser on my phone and it works for free that's y i'm an avid fan in the making..:)

I also use Firefox and I like it. I don't want to change another browser since I use Firefox. It provides many useful add-on. Besides, it can check my spelling automatically and I don't have to be afraid of wrong words. And it won't slow down my computer even if I open many tags. I personally think it is the best browser.

I made that change while back and glad I did. IE had to many updates and so many sites didn't even accomodate it anymore cause of that. I have had no problems at all with Firefox/Mozilla. Even like it better!

Yeah. I agree but are their risk to this like viruses attacking on pc that are hard to heal?

Firefox is so far the best browser I have tried. It is faster and the interface much better. It has cool skins and toolbar designs too.

yeah like a lightning speed. LOL But it really made me less disappointed with explorer's very slow connection.
