I have heard a lot of people say they shop out of season. They will buy coats and winter items when it starts to turn warm. I have heard them say they get it for little to nothing meaning they are really cheap. Do we have any Mylotters who buy out of season if so what have you purchased?

Yes. I also buy clothes that are off-season. I like buying stuff on sale. It is cheaper that way. Plus I get the same quality for a cheaper price. Anyway, when I buy clothes like that, I don't really need it immediately since I have tons of other clothes to wear.

That's also a good idea, but it's possible that it wont just be out of season but out of style. =)

I sometimes buy out of season. It is a good way to get things cheap. It's hard though when you have kids, because if they grow too fast they might not fit something by the time it's the season to use it. I ended up getting my daughter a pair of hannah montana snow boots last year for only $7. I just bought a size bigger and hoped her feet wouldn't grow too much till then. I couldn't pass them up though because even cheap generic snow boots are $20 or $30 and there I got Hannah Montana boots for really cheap.

Ravinskye, You just brought up a great point one that I never really thought about. You do have to be careful when purchasing children clothes out of season. It is smart to purchase it a little bigger. Thanks for the heads up. It is so funny how it really makes sense but you don't think of certain things at that particular moment.

I don't like to shop. I do think u can get some bargains at the end of each season because they are wanting to make room for the new season things. I really don't need much because i'm home most of the time & have plenty to hang out at home in.

Yes, I guess it is a great idea for people who have small children, people who want to stack up early on Christmas gifts or just to purchase items for yourself. Thanks for responding.

On a 90 degree day, I purchased a bomber's hat made of rabit fur for $1. They're normally $40.
