What can you say about the extreme class?

As of now the extreme class has been introduced. The extreme class is capable of switching weapons and class. In ran online ph the level cap for the extreme class os lower than that of the normal class, I think it is because once the extreme class have matched up to the levels of the normal class, they would really dominate the whole game.
