Gone are the days when I don't gain weight

I was never a super thin girl growing up but my figure was just right. I can pretty much anything I want without having to worry that I will gain weight.
But now things have changed it's like one Mc Donald's meal would make me grow bigger. Most of my jeans and shirts no longer fit. I know I should be more picky when it comes to my food choices and I should start exercising. It's not that easy because I never had to follow any diet or exercise before.
Do you feel the same way? As we grow older our metabolism is slower they say so I guess I have no choice.

I think when we start growing up it becomes normal that we feel such things within and sometimes I can understand that this is frustrating and irritating also but all we can do is to make sure what we are eating afterall if we have a complete balance then we should no longer bother too much.

Our body needs a lot of water so give in to water. Water is not just way to flush out toxin but if you have more water in your body you will generally feel healthier and fitter. This it self will discourage any tendency to gorge. The best thing about water is that is has no calories at all.

Well, this is happening to me too, I feel like gaining weight everyday though I don't eat a lot. Maybe we need more exercises. I already walk 40 minutes everyday and I'm afraid that's not enough.
