Is Chris Paul making a mistake going to like New York instaed of staying in New Orleans? I think he is. Paul is looking for a team that will take him to a championship instead of staying as a Hornet. Paul has been great for the Hornets and the city of New Orleans. I think this LeBron James crap has gone to his head!

Thanks for pointing out what LeBron James' decision has done to the minds of the championship hopeful superstars in the league such as Chris Paul. I don't think its a mistake if he'd go to New York instead of staying with New Orleans. He has played well as a Hornet on and off the court but his team is not really a playoff winning team in my opinion. They have a couple of young studs who lacks experience and maturity.. Overall, their team still needs rebuilding. And that Emeka Okafor to New Orleans trade in exchange for Tyson Chandler is a failure. I know loyalty in a team is important for some guys but as what Kevin Garnett said; "Loyalty is something that hurts you at times, because you can't get youth back" Chris Paul to New York is a nice opportunity for him now that he has a chance to play with a powerful PF such as Amare Stoudamire. They should just fill in those spots to complete the line-up in the Big Apple.

I know the Hornets aren't a championship caliber team and the Emeka Okafur trade to New Orleans wasn't good. I had forgottan Amare Stoudamire sigend with the Knicks! Maybe going to New York would not be a bad idea for Chris Paul after all! They are trying to build a championship team and the way they are going they will! Thanks for you response!
