The Knight's Tour puzzle

I know that sometimes in Computer Science/Programming classes, they will ask the students to use algorithms to solve the Knight's Tour. Has anyone here ever solved it, or tried it? How long did it take, or how many tries did it take to solve it? Did you try to figure out a method to do it, or did you just test your luck?

Hi I never Tried this before anywhere ,But just now I saw this puzzle with a solution here http://www.borderschess.org/KTsimple.htm .This was really interesting .
