I have started a new job this week and as you can expect, my diet consisted of ready to eat food which was always fried. My work schedule leaves me so hungry after work that I would have to eat at fast food restaurants on my way home, and what can you expect from these restaurants? Greasy, carbohydrate laden food. So I am going on a fruit diet for the weekend in order to cleanse my system. I am planning on just fruit juices, nothing solid because I really don't feel well. I actually feel very bloated. Have you ever felt the need to go on a diet because of what you ate the whole week?

I did bring my own sandwich for my lunch. But my work starts at 10:00 A.M., and ends at 7:00 P.M. which is like dinner time. So it makes me really hungry because I am always rushing to get to work and I have no option (for my budget anyway) but to eat at fastfood restaurants. Thank you for your response!

Yes, I feel that sometimes. I used to be in your situation but when I moved to a new company three years ago, I was able to eat homecooked meals because here in our office, we are able to have those food. We could order veggies and meat, but not from fast food so it's kind of healthier.
I think that the diet that you are thinking about is a good idea. Still there are many options you can do to avoid eating those unhealthy fast foods.
