HAve you ever been reprimanded over your mistakes? MAybe Its too painful to recover like things that are traumatizing in life. But how do you cope up to this they say the negative things that are being to you would be motivating you to do better next time. Do you adopted to this idea?

It does hurt but I'm a person who is willing to admit my mistakes. If it is for the better then I'll accept it. Yes, it will make me more motivated to correct my mistakes. Of course, I wouldn't want to be reprimanded and reminded again in the future.

Yes, a lot of times actually.:D For me, they aren't painful really if they come from people who just tend to be judgmental. But if they come from people close to me, they certainly have impact. But of course, the purpose of constructive criticism is to motivate someone. Disprove the negative comments and strive for better results. Haha..:D
