Inception the movie, the idea of inception

Hi mylotters :D Everyone talks about how good the movie is and if it is the best movie of the year but the topic I want to discuss is the 'idea' of inception. The idea that Leonardo's character had implanted to his wife. If you have watched the movie, you know that Leonardo told his wife about the idea of inception, and it would confuse the person to identify reality and dream. That would simply mean that a person had a dream that seems so real that it is difficult to understand that it was just a dream when you wake up since it felt completely like reality. I had experienced times that I thought I was in reality but I was actually still asleep. I thought I woke up getting dressed for school and after a few walk from my house to the street the last sight I remember was being hit by a motorcycle. And then I woke up. I felt my heart beat so hard from fear and I just hope that is not a prophesy since that would really hurt. Anyone else with the same experience, thinking that a dream is reality? Any opinion why people sometimes have a dream that seemed like a reality?
