Can we sent e-money from PayPal to Alertpay pay like this??

First, let me explain you the scenario. i have a PayPal account and an Alertpay account and i want to transfer money from paypal to alertpay. There is an option in PayPal to send money to someone as a gift. So if i send the paypal money to the email address which i used for alertpay won't i receive those funds. This is a long description so let me know if you do not understand any part.

Have you tried or not to send money from your paypal account to your allertpay account?

all that I know is that you cannot add founds from your bank account - paypal. I`ve tried and it seems that I pay directly from my bank account, when i want to buy something from my paypal account.
