While surfing in the internet,I suddenly bump to this one site.It's a blog site anyway and it's all about ultra realistic paintings.God really is so talented that when HE made human beings in this earth HE gaves so much talents to share

The point about 'art' is that it should make you see something in a way different to the way you saw it before. Any man-made object that influences the way that you see things can be termed 'art' ... even a photograph. Judging by the example that you posted, this artist specialises in the 'ultra-realistic' because there is something about the picture which is MORE realistic than a photograph.
It's a pity that you didn't post the URL to where you found this picture (and I suspect that, by posting it here, you are infringing copyright) because I would have liked to have seen more by this artist.
