What is definition of success? Are you successful or not?

In respect with the following: 1. your relationship with your boss? are you and your boss in good terms? i think we are. 2. your relationship with you peers? we are one good department making fun of each other but no offense at all. we are just having fun when the going gets tough 3. your dealing with the other departments? hmmmm except for one department who think we are their robots but we still try to cater their needs. we are the technical people in our organization. we provide technical support but sometimes we are abused. 4. your learning curve? i guess this is the drawbacks, but im still learning 5. Performace rating? how about this one, you got the highest performance rating upon evaluation for regularization but your salary has not been raised due to the reason that you're position has just been renamed but you undergoes one year training for that new position?
