A. Are you a hard soil: always being stepped on to the point that Word of God can no longer penetrate you. You're heart has become hard and because of this you can't bear fruit; you can't progress as a person and as a follower. B. Are you a rocky soil: you're easily shattered by problems and you easily give up to the point your faith in God has become weak. C. Are you a thorny soil: where pleasure or material things easily get your attention and you set aside God just to please or satisfy yourself. D. Are you a good soil: you bear fruits and you listen to the word of God. Share your thoughts friends. Do not hesitate to give your answer...:D Take care of yourselves, amigos...:D Gracias.

Sometimes I feel I'm one of the four, depending on my mood, circumstances, etc. When I'm really upset, I feel like hard soil, so the Word of God can no longer penetrate me. Sometimes, I feel like rocky soil, especially when multiple problems occur all at once and I start to doubt to the point my faith in God has become weak. On other occasions, I feel bored and that's when pleasure or material things easily get my attention. But there are times when I feel like good soil and bear fruit. It's hard to be consistent all of the time. I guess like anything else, this requires constant and diligent practice and perseverance till we develop the habits that enable us to be like good soil. I can only guess that other people struggle also like me, and end up being like one of the four soils, depending on the situation. I suppose the veteran, battle-hardened Christians are the ones who end up like good soil more often than newbies such as myself.

Maybe I could count me in the point D and also C - I always try to listen what God says to me, I try to act according what God wants. But not always it is so easy and possible. Sometimes my ego is stronger and gets what he wants, but I always try.
