My favorite chicken dish is chicken tikka. It is basically small pieces of chicken covered with masala cooked on a grill. I just cooked that today and that made me start this discussion. I am intersted to know about your favorite chicken dishes?

I also like chilli chicken a lot. I often get it from a resturant nearby my house. Once I tried to make it at home and it was a total mess. I bought soya sauce only to make that dish. Nobody at my home had it once I made it including me. I didn't want to throw it away, but believe me I couldn't have it. I don't know where things went wrong. I followed the recipe very well. I got the recipe from internet.

hi daliaj, I also love grilled chicken, but in our place we call it chicken barbecue. It is marinated with soy sauce, lemon, ground black pepper, garlic and a pinch of sugar or ketchup if I want it sweet. I miss it here but in our new place there's no open space to do the grilling. Of course there are restaurants here serving grilled dishes and I found Nando's to be the best for grilled chicken though it's different from our chicken barbecue, try their chicken espetada and you'll surely love it as I do! Good Day!

This is one of my favorite recipes to cook with chicken. It is so easy that you have no work to do. You can also make it without the Carrots and potatoes as I often do. Chicken with Italian Salad dressing. 4 lg. chicken , skinned 6 carrots, peeled & quartered lengthwise 4 med. potatoes, peeled & quartered lengthwise 1 c. Italian salad dressing Bake chicken in 11 x 13 inch pan at 325 degrees for 15 minutes, covered. Then add potatoes, carrots and Italian salad dressing and cover and cook another 30 minutes, uncovered.
