I do know only 2 of the website which are authenticated . They have there different type of payment mode like by check , paypal etc ?
Can you all people please help me out and also other to know .It will be great if some would earn by your help .

There is alot of genuine sites out there which pays to paypal or by check. I have many sites listed on my profile including screenshots of the payments I have recieved from these sites.
If you are in doubt of the site is legit then Buxism offers a $0.10 cashout for the first cashout before they increase it to the normal $2 - Then you can see that they indeed do pay.
