Did you play badminton?

If you want to loose your weight... this is the answer.. This the best way to loose your weight without taking any pills or whatever... In this sport you can move all your body, your hands your foot, the stretch of your body. If you try this..at first, you feels body pain. but if you played regularly, wow is so interesting, challenging and exciting. Try to measure your weight, after a month your body will become too sexy... wow!!!!

i love playing badminton. i have been playing for more than 10 years already and still love it. i've also competed in some tournaments. i do this not really to lose weight but as an exercise to keep my body fit and at the same time have fun playing with my friends.

Wow... You must be a very good player! Do you have techniques or tips that you could share with us? I am pretty knew to the sport and I am still at the learning phase.

i'm not really a very good player but i can play good. Some tips that i can share are: - if you're just starting, get a good coach who can teach you the basics (how to handle the racket, correct footwork etc) - play against good players; those that are a level above you not the best ones (yet). that will surely improve your game - if you have a chance, participate in tournaments. it will make you get more confidence and hopefully, motivate you to improve your game. - last one is to keep playing and enjoy the game with your badminton friends.

According to my cheap way to lose weight is by walking asa far as 1 km everyday, guranteed healthty body will be felt

In the past I liked to play the badminton. Sometimes I even played it at night. But today I hardly play it since I don't have enough time for my this hobby. I like playing it but my goal is not to lose the weight because it is not necessary for me. I just like it. I love China

You are right,for weight loosing pls do play badminton, in my school days my favourite game,every sunday i use to play that too in early mornings.

I play badminton four to five times a month but I am really new to the sport. I just started last month because I gave birth last April. I was a volleyball player that's why I have some difficulties in footworks. I am playing with my husband on the coming competition, for mixed division, led by our company. I believe I still have to practice more. Can you suggest some tips and tricks?

Yes, I used to play badminton. But it was before my friend got pregnant. Now, I dont have anyone else to play with. Maybe I can play again after she gives birth. But when I was playing, I didn't really loose weight because I didnt play often. I only played when I feel like it.
