I kept dreaming of creating my own ice cream shoppe one day when my life becomes stable so I want to know the different kinds(note, not flavor) of ice cream I could include.
The usual kinds of known ice cream are:
a) Ice cream, itself with dairy
b) Gelato, Italian ice cream, expensive but less fat but great taste
c) Sorbetes, has coconut milk mixed with it that made it creamier
d) Sherbet, ice cream without the cream or dairy product
e) Ice cream sandwich, I think it is ice cream..only between two cookies
These are the only kinds I know and I think there are more interesting kinds of ice cream I never tried nor heard. Please share me some ideas about kinds of ice cream. I would also like some ideas about what else could I include in my dream shoppe.
Thanks in advance ^_^

You can try the home made one with many ingredients in there. The one is Cookies and cream.

Oh that sounds fun, having my ice cream shoppe made of homemade ice cream. It sounds hard because I never made homemade ice cream before but I'll try learning it soon. I used to mixed different stuff with melted vanilla ice cream like oreo cookies so later it would look like cookies and cream when it froze. I also tried adding menthos and I think it didn't turned out well since the mint flavor I was expecting didn't turned out as I expected.lol. Thanks of the suggestion.

well i have also seen a different one i think unique to this country, we would use a bun kind of like a hamburger bun but smaller and put ice cream in it. kinda like a ice cream sandwich.
when the first time i have tried this i thought i would be put off by this weird combination but i was wrong. its delicious.

Ah that sounds odd but interesting. I will surely try that later when I buy ice cream and pan de sal bun. :D Thanks for sharing jopak. I'm sure that country would be Philippines because we usually use hamburger bun for cheese and ham.
