i'm mother of one year old. i decided as i knew taht i was preganant that if i'll be able i'm going to breastfeed. thank God that it was possible and with the right technic i'm brestfeeding till now. i can only recomend for everyone.ther are some benefits that you should consider: -first your child is protected by your antibodies at first 6 months of his life, even if you bresatfeed for a fue weeks or months -second you loose weight much more easier than if you're on a diet -your relationship with your child will be mucth stronger -and so on the big question is till what age should you breastfeed? insome african cultures a woman breastfeeds till she became pregnanat again. i saw a documentary that showed some extrem cases when the mother breastfeed at the age of 7 of the child, and she was from australia. so how long should we breatfeed?

There are only two people who can tell you it's time to stop - your baby and you. If it's your baby's idea to wean, he'll let you know.If he shows interest in others while they are eating or drinking from a cup, he may be ready.I Just think that in between 1 to 2 years of age is a good time to start weaning.
