i love this one:
150m (4 1/2 fl oz) whipping cream
225g (8oz) plain chocolate
1. Put chocolate and cream into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth.
2. Transfer to bowl of an electric mixer and beat until cool and thick.
3. Frosting can be used to spread over cupcakes or piped as decoration.
Variation:
White, milk or dark chocolate can be used, depending on the cupcakes
hope it helped.

My sister and I make cupcake frosting out of egg white. Its also good for cake but I dont know if you know how to make it. Its actually very common type of frosting. You just beat the eggs and make some syrup from water and 2 cups sugar. Once the sugaris melted and viscous, you slowly add it in the white eggs as long as its already already fluffy. You can also add flavoring if you like.

Butter-cream frosting, or butter-cream icing, goes well with just about every cupcake. It is easy to pipe and it holds its shape beautifully.
This recipe is for a plain butter cream frosting but I have also listed alternatives.
125g (4oz) butter
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1. Have butter and milk at room temperature.
2. Place butter in small bowl of electric mixer and beat until butter is as white as possible.
3. Gradually add about half the sifted icing sugar, beating constantly.
4. Beat in the remaining icing sugar.
5. Mixture should be smooth and easy to spread with a spatula. Add extra milk or icing sugar until cupcake frosting is of a spreadable consistency.
Variations:
Chocolate: make up the basic recipe and add 2 tablespoons sifted cocoa powder to the icing sugar.
Brandy: add two tablespoons of brandy to the mixture for a beautify brandy frosting that teams well with my fruit mince cupcakes.
Colored: add a drop of food coloring to frosting until you reach the desired color.

You might want to try this creamy chocolate frosting for your cupcakes.
You'll need:
2 3/4 cups confectioners sugar
6 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
6 tbsp butter
5 tbsp evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Here's how to do it:
In a medium bowl, sift together all dry ingredients and set aside.
In a bowl, cream butter until smooth, then gradually beat in sugar mixture alternately with evaporated milk. Blend in vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. If necessary, adjust consistency with more milk or sugar.
