After Jose Mourinho leaves Inter Milan and go to Real Madrid, The President of Inter Milan, Massimo Moratti choose Rafael Benitez to continue coach position. This year Inter is a champion from Italian League,Italian Coppa and Champion World. Do you think Benitez will do the same this season or just speak without prove and action ?

It is obvious and world known that Benitez is sure to fail at any stage in the career. He was lucky to have won one Champions League and reach the final of the other. There has been no other achievements in his career. Rather than that i would tell that he was the man responsible for the under performance of England and Torres in the world Cup. He follows a stupid policy known as the rotation policy in which he rests the players in form and makes the injured players to play. Inter has made a very bad decision in making him the manager. They are the treble winners this season and can emulate Barcelona if they go on to win three other trophies this year which are not as difficult as compared to the ones they achieved last year but sure they are going to finish the season empty handed.

Before coming to Liverpool, Benitez was coaching Valencia. If I remember correctly, it was his team that broke the Real Madrid - Barcelona dominance in the Spanish league. He must be a good coach to do that. However, he could not bring over his magic to Liverpool. One wonder if it is Benitez's short-coming or is it due to the club owners? Now that he is at Inter Milan, I think he should be able to do a good job. Maybe not as successful as Mourinho but will definitely be better than what he did at Liverpool.

Looking at what he has done at Liverpool, I very much doubt that he will be a success. He will get a lot of Spanish players playing in the Italian league. But to follow up on Jose Mourinho's footsteps is a big act to fill and I just don't think Rafa can do it. But given the nature of the Serie A, I still think that he can win a title or two there. Cheers! Ram

i don't think so guys. Because we know his achievements in liverpool are poor. And even some inter's main players will leave soon like maicon, ballotelli, etc. But it would be possible if inter buying some new players. Especially for striker position, milito was old now. Have a nice day.
