Many friends who haven't taken the annual leave will try to finish it before the end of December since the end of the year is deawing near.Otherwise there is mere one result, which is wasted in vain. However, more and more friends may say that "I prefer money if it can be changed into cash." Those who said this were always some people who didn't lack of money.Dose money mean a lot to one? Will you take the annual leave or change it into cash?

If there would an annual live in my company then I think I would have the option to do that, take it or exchange it with money but sadly in the company where I work for, we dont even have a leave. Our boss doesnt even give us any sick leave or anything like that. Maternity leave is there but that's not always.

i would take the leave. it's very important to have some time of yourself and just relax, with family, friends etc. and i would take the anual leave if i had a small payment at that company. those people that preffer money instead of anual leave are to greedy, or they are too bored with their lives.

I would take the annual leave for sure, because working all along the year gets really tiring. I need to chance for relaxation and getting rid of all the stresses of the work. That's the value of annual leave for me. I have to get refreshed to be able to continue on into the next year.
