All the time. I usually have a hard time waking up too for my classes. I think its because of the cold weather now. I just transferred to Australia and the weather is really cold right now. Sometimes I have problems waking up and ending up sleeping a full 10hours before waking up. Even after that, I would still feel sleepy. It was just too comfortable just staying in my warm bed than getting up. I should really need to work on that because I'm missing some classes now because of that and its only the 2nd week of the semester.

Hi, samaire. Yes, when I am excited about something and when I have so much on my mind. I do find it very hard to sleep peacefully. I enjoy the moments when I can get a good nights sleep.

Yes, there are certainly times when I have a difficult time sleeping. It happens sometimes, when I stressed or nervous or I have a lot on my mind or something to that effect. On very few occasions I don't really know why.

I experience this sometimes. No matter what I do, or how I tire myself out, I still find it hard to sleep. I tried to stop thinking and just rest my eyes but that didn't do the trick. So what I do whenever I have a chronic sleeping disorder, I just tire myself the whole day and it somehow makes it easier for me to sleep.

all people feel bad when they can't sleep. however, your choices like watching tv,eating are the enemy to sleeping. we have to let the brain come down, feel nothing. then the sleepy feeling will come around. in china there are so many rules.

Yes, last semester I was really stressed out at college. There were some nights that I couldn't sleep at all despite lying in bed for hours. I had to take a sleep aid for awhile. Right now, I'm off the sleep aid but I had to make a few lifestyle changes. I exercise more during the day, and I have an established bedtime routine I rarely stray from.

I sometimes encounter that kind of problem especially wherein there's a big day coming up and ow! that night, whatever you do , you just can't sleep. My mind would keep on thinking what will happen the next day , even if I try to divert and close my eyes, it just wouldn't work. And I'll be panicking when I check the time that it's only a few hours before waking up. Then suddenly I fell asleep only to be awaken because it's time to get up. :(
