I love donuts so much! That I think I tried all kinds of donuts here in our place. I just hate to say that the quality of Dunkin Donuts here in my country seems to be decreasing, I was thinking maybe because of the cost-cutting, but hey don't cost-cut the taste!! I don't care if their donuts would shrink. but the taste!! The taste seems to be very bland, the sweet is just like sugary sweet not tasty sweet, the bread/ dough/ donut itself seems to be very dry and unpleasant to eat..My family and friends said the same thing.. I think they need some new yummy recipes or else people would just go and leave.

I think you are right on the spot. the quality decrease of products are due to cost saving measures taken by companies. they sometime add low quality igridents or add lesser amount of need igridients that will bring down quality. Well, I advise you to make your own donuts at home and enjoy the taste and favour of your liking.

They are still around! The city that I live in still has Dunkin Donuts. Come to California and you will still find a few around here.

Oh, we also have Krispy Kreme. I am not a big fan of these places, but all of my friends sure seem to like them.

Hi ivygrey! Yeah right! I have noticed that one. The coats of dunkin donuts are seemed to be intended for children only, seemed to be nothing else but sugar..

Really? Maybe because they are maintaining their low price. I haven't tasted dunkin donuts for a long time so I can't say if there is really a difference, but I wish they won't change the taste of their products. I love dunkin donuts too but If they would change the taste maybe I wouldn't buy it anymore

yeah, I really think it's not worth it.. My children love donuts and sometimes I have no choice but to buy DD because it's the only one store left open. Thank God 711 and mini stop are now just a walk away from us..

You are from the Philippines if you are talking about Dunkin Donuts, haha, also as I have read from the past reactions. I too am having the same feeling about Dukin Donuts. Their donuts do not taste as good as it was in the past and much more, their price have increased. That would not portray cost-cutting. I guess it is time that we try a new brand of donut instead of sticking to one for the better or worst. I have tried Mister Donuts but their donuts are too sweet so are not my taste. Also, if there is "Go Go Donuts" in your location, you should try it. I most prefer Go Go Donuts not because for the fact that it is cheaper, their donuts definitely give me the taste that I want. I would like to give Go Go Donuts a 5 star!

I'm a big fan of Dunkin D's ever since when I was a kid. But I saw how it miserably shrink from hand held donuts into finger size donuts. Quality of taste is problem too, since it's now smaller you cannot feel it's tastiness in just a bite. However, Krispy K is now in town, my dunkin D vision has changed. I'd rather spent more money buying 2-3pcs of Krispy K than buying a dozen dunkin D that doesn't satify me anymore. I think it's just 2008 when Philippines franchise Krispy K. I'd love biting those sweet tasty donuts. ;)

Hi, ivygrey You are right. I used to have this Dunkin' Donuts craving every now and then but not anymore. It was bad enough that the donuts shrunk probably because of cost-cutting, but that would have been alright if the taste is still the same! I have even bought dried donuts more than once. Oh boy. Have a nice day!

well havent experience a change in taste in their donuts but of course the size is noticable. we really dont have an alternative to it. Mister donut taste like sweetened pandesal, and go nuts are so sweet, krispy cremes are so expensive yet super sweet to my taste.

The doughnuts there seem to give me really bad heartburn anymore. Still love the coffee, though!

i take it you're from the Philippines, right? Dunkin Donuts doesn't seem to be like the ones I grew up to. To think that they've gotten more expensive and the donuts just gotten smaller. And nevermind the taste. Some toppings even taste like powedered candy now. I think Dunkin Donut's going down the drain.

hi ivy! i have tried dunkin donuts before and its too sweet to eat for me!but since you love to eat them for me it is unreasonable for them to 'cost-cut the taste'.the taste is the important reason for why we really love to eat it right?are they going to lose you, one of their regular customer?they will cried for that!

Sorry never tried or heard of them, the only doughnuts i like are from my local bakery shop, filled with jam or lemon curd.
