I have an anxiety/panic disorder so I surely know how to cope with that. Try to control your breathing. Find out what is bothering you so much. If you did, come back and tell me what it is so that I can help you further.

With control your breathing I mean. Slowly breath in through your nose and breath out through your mouth. The production of all the anxiety triggering substances in your body will be reduced that way.

I do have anxiety issues. So I can understand how you feel. The best way that I have found is to breathing exercises, relaxation, meditation, and things like that. Doing these sort of exercises really do help me out a lot.

Whenever I can feel a panic attack coming up I strip down to my workout clothes and keep myself busy with either manual work or exercise. A 5-km jog or a good swim, or tending to my garden, or turning the house inside-up/upside-down cleaning are some of the things I've done in the past. I feel I need something to get my mind off whatever's making me overly nervous and panicky. Once the feel-good hormones kick in, that's when I can more calmly look into and identify what's causing me trouble. It's also a good time (once you're worked out physically and calmed down with endorphins) to come up with more objective, sane solutions to whatever's causing the panic attack. Hope this helps :)

Hello! i am experiencing anxiety since the wife of my friend has been bugging me. it has been stated through one of my discussions here in MyLot. The wife really is persistent to know what her husband has been doing while he was still on the seas as a Captain of the ship. I really am bothered though that is why it created anxiety on my part. but then i just deal with it by taking it really easy. all the built up stress from you will result to anxiety. so every time you encounter stress, all you have to do is to take time to relax.

Get rid of the anxiety and worries.Move into the attitude of calm and peace. This sentence would relate to billions of people of the world.Be true to yourself, write down your awful sad feelings, but also make a list of opportunities and good ideas to improve and ways to have fun or of doing something worthwhile in a dairy or other notebook.
