been so stresses lately... cheer me up. pleeeaaseee.

i've been so stressed lately.. got too much work in the office... unable to get a new a new job. boyfriend always angry.. you know.. stuffs like that. cheer me up. i dont know how. maybe you can teach me an exercise, chant, mantra, whatever... anything which can reduce stress??? hehehe or just share what's the best thing to do when you are stressed. (i like eating. but please dont recommend that. im getting bigger. haha)

If you check http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2302145.aspx we did a whole discussion on things to do to distress. But I would recommend some sort of vigorous exercise if you are in shape, like tennis, fast dancing, swimming, etc.. If you are not used to exercising, go for a long walk, in a park or somewhere peaceful. If possible to walk on a beach, take off your shoes and walk barefoot (carefully of course), and just feel the earth and walk briskly so that you can't think too much. You want to get rid of the stress. Let us know how things work out. Don't stress the small stuff because it is all small stuff!

Do try different ways or reducing stress and anxieties. Whatever works, use that one. Just put on some music and start dancing and acting silly. You'll laugh and the stress decreases.

yeah. i like that,,, walking in a peaceful place.although i seldom have time for that. sometimes even just putting my back flat on my bed with arms wide open can make me really really nice.

Count your blessings, bet u will be surprised how many u have. As for the angry boyfriend , find u a happy one. Life is too short to live it w/someone who stays mad all the time.

Earn. Earn as much money as you can online while you're not working. Gradually step into a plan of how to divide your time to earn money. This way you can make more money which should help on bills (Which can be a huge stressor) and maybe you can earn enough that when the money is transferred from USD to your local currency, you come up more on top. Other then that, read, watch t.v., and sit in the quiet and just think.

Try taking deep breaths, you can do Yoga lessons. The option I like the least but is the most common is taking relaxation pills...

I tell u about me, whenever i get stress i stay at home and do nothing. I try to come out from stress and by taking peaceful nap and watch funny movies. Of i go out with friends. May be its work for u. And sometimes u know u need to ignore the things around u if its giving u stress. I also do same thing. If getting stress will solve everything then lets be live in it but u know well it wont work. So forget it, take things lightly and live happily.

thats really the best thing to do. when i am at home i really try not to think about my job. sometimes, i just wish i could just stay and work at home, write articles and make friends here at my lot.hehe. but i need this full time job. actually i am looking for a less stressful job right now. thanks for sharing. sometimes, you already know what to do but you just have to hear it from somebody else to make you feel enlightened.haha. thanks.
