How do you hack windows desktop to make your user admin?..

Guys does anyone of you know a way to hack windows desktop so you can make you're user admin level. I need help in this cause our IT department is so slow in making my user admin. They are not looking into my concern. :( please help.. By the way my desktop is windows xp. Thanks!!!

You can use windows key to reset the current admin password, login to admin, and change you account to admin.

You can get windows key 8 here: http://tinyurl.com/23uwgyu It works for vista/xp/98. It creates a bootable cd that can reset passwords.
