sincerlly tis is rhe frist time that i heard about this kind of products. but i wouldn't recomand you. something that as side effect kindney and liver problems that is a product that you have to avoid. its better if you try the usuall weight gainnig techincks; eat more food with higher calories. and try to use soe kind of vitamine, one with a good quality.

Would be much better you take your blood test before taking or participating in any weight gain or loss dietary program. You own blood will truly tells you for what you should take in your weight gain nutritional schedule and practice.
More helpful if you can look for HLB Blood Tests as you can look with your naked eyes from the digital image on your blood health status. I've uploaded about the video about HLB Blood Test and be the first of its kind in this world as it came from my profound experience on it. The video link; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wtqs8gOqx1I
From this point of analytical data, you can proceed for what foods is necessary to your blood health related to your body weight gaining issue.

I heard of it. My brother is obssessed about having a built body, he goes to gym, and he use to use this products, to gain weight. I know he used this products for like 2 years, but no results, he said that you have to have a particular diet, for these powders to work.

Yes there are several weight gain supplements available in the market and they do work, but then the effects are not really beneficial, because, it becomes very difficult to shed weight as it have been acquired unnaturally.
In the long run, it always beneficial to gain weight naturally, all lots of daily products in your daily meal, cheese has the highest potentional to add weight. Always do things the right way, there are shortcuts for everything but shorcuts are never beneficial.
