Hello rifathuha, I am almost 100% sure that IMREORTCARD isn't a scam. I'm not sure about minuteworkers though. It looks like a site called microworker, which is legitimate. So I'll let you make that decision if it's a scam or not.

I have am IMreportcard acount, i saw some payment proofs, but i didn`t cashout yet, actually i quit login there. I think is pretty heavy to make money there, because you nee to know about that products to post there, and aprox. 80% of them are unknown for me.
