Hai everybody, I am housewife my daughter is champion in roller skating. how to improve her stamina? she is now 7years how to increase her weight?

hi miss veena ... eating ice creams in the night times it automatically increases the weight wake up early morning your daughter and get into stadium and do running as much as possible do sprints it makes fitter and stronger

Playing sports is one of my hobby.From different types of sport I like playing badminton the most.Playing sports helps us to keep our body mentally and physically healthy.I think it would be better If you always give balanced diet food,milk and glucose to drink.In order to increase her stamina and weight.

The First thing, If You can afford get her good joggers with rubber sole and if any ground or athletic tracks near your house take her there for some running everyday in evening.Incrase the running schedule weekly from one round to 5 rounds of the ground. and also tell her to do exercises, Standing exercises, Jumping exercises,and streching exercises. Give her a good and balanced diet which includes Milk and eggs daily. Give Her Gulucose everyday. Have a Nice day

Well, sport is my favorite games, when I was in school I use to participate all the games, but among them I like most is volley ball and football. I really enjoying, moreover I gets lot of exercises in order to keep my body physical feet.
