i was woundering if swag bucks send the paypal giftcard in the mail or to you account online can any one help me.

The money gets paid straight into your PayPal account. You don't have to do anything yourself, it's just credited automatically if you've earned enough money. If I remember right, it goes off what you've earned by the end of the month and it gets credited by about the 15th, but it's been a while since I've been paid, so I couldn't swear to that.
