The US Citizenship and Immigration Services are hard at work for the tax payers of America. In a memo written by four staffers, they are outlining ways to circumvent our immigration laws. To allow "certain groups" to stay in the country. The are using these tools to "reduce the threat of removal" for many illegal immigrants . WTF?

This is why the Congress is in no hurry to pass immigration reform. As long as it is not in place, then agencies like this can run rough shod over our laws.
How do you feel as a tax payer to know that your money is paying for this?
A Government for the people? indeed.

I am not an American but I would be good and mad. I can understand giving ammesty to immigrants who were escaping persecution from their own government, and were there on a visit, and then were afraid to return because they would be killed. That is what happened to many of the Russians who asked for asylum. But with no immigration form, anyone even someone who does not want to work hard for a job in their own country, and wants to live high and above everyone else in their country, or criminals and bad guys. Why give them asylum? And if someone has domestic help who is there illegally, is it not because they do not have to pay them a decent rage and not because they feel sorry for them?
I do wonder what those "certain groups" are. Because if they are not in danger of being killed when going back, if they are in danger of religious persecution, or if they do not have relatives in the States that will sponsor them, they have to go back.

That is why they cannot allow just certain groups to come in. And groups that are not in danger. I think the only reason is that Obama wants to destroy what Christian Judeo heritage that America has left by letting in as many Muslims and other groups hostile to America as possible.
Still do not know what groups that Obama wants in.

i don't like it.
what do we have laws for if some can be ignored?
i know if i go out and break a law,my butt is in jail tomorrow.
we're in a recession, there's not that many good jobs, all our public services are strained to the breaking point, and yea, let's let some more people in.

some probably won't step forward even if amnesty is offered-
taxes and social security will have to be paid, and for the ones sending money back, that's taking a loss.

It just seems that the laws are ignored and the crooked government will always find another way to manipulate the laws to get them to meet what they want.

Bush and Obama both wanted to give amnesty to the illegals. Bush failed to get it passed. Obama knows he will have a really hard time getting it passed...so he is trying to figure out a way to do it without having to deal with the american public.
Remeber what happened when Bush tried to pass immigration reform? Congress backed off a final vote because so many people got ticked off. People called and crashed the phone systems...people protested...the american public screamed NO loud and clear and tehy will do it again this time. So Obama is looking for a back door way to go around us. Because if he doesn't...Obama and the democratic party could loose support from the latino community. ANd lets face it...that is all they care about...votes and wins....not what is legal...waht is right...or what we americans want.
