Well for the forest they need to replant trees if they cut trees down and only take the ones that are the right size not just every one. Like they are doing to the Rain Forrest!. as for the everglade more rain! to put the water in there

your welcome. I just hate to see them go in and just strip the land of trees with out replanting really makes no sence to me to do that . My hubby used to work in the log woods and they had to only cut down a tree that met certain measures and leave the little ones to grow or to replant takes about 20 years for a tree to get to the right size to cut down

Deforestation is the cause for the present condition is what i can gather from your response. In that case i agree with your view that they ought to replant the trees that are of the right size and suitable for the conditions prevailing there.I feel what is being is the right strategy for rain forests. The Everglades as you rightly mention require more water in the form of rain.I thank you for your informative input.

All over the world there are places of fantastic nature that man will regret not giving enough value to. We are so much into our own small lives that we have forgotten the nature of the world we live on. I fear we will pay a terrible price for this neglect.

I agree with your view we aren't giving due importance to these places of nature which are breathtakingly beautiful. We are i use your words so absorbed in our little worlds that we neglect nature's bounties. The ecosystem will pay a terrible price for it.Once these fantastic spots of nature are lost i feel there is no way of retrieving them.

I think we should put in more to saving the natural habitat. I really don't know what we will do without the beauty of nature. I will try my best to donate to legit places, though that is hard enough.

I fully agree with your view and appreciate your sensitivity in preserving the environment. The world as we know will be a dull place without these nature's bounties. It is very good of you to think of donating to preserve these wonders of nature. If those at the helm of power had your attitude we could have done a lot to preserve natural habitat.

When these two forest is destroyed, so too will be mankind. Imagine the world without the amazon river or the rainforest in indonesia. The imbalance in the food chain will be devastating.

When these forests are destroyed the effect on mankind will definitely be devastating. The world without the beauty of the Amazon or the rain forest in Indonesia is unthinkable. There will as you say be an imbalance in the food chain.I wonder what the effect on different species living in these natural habitats will be?
