Author of the books Conversations With God series in the early 1990s, Neale Donald Walsch suffered a series of crushing blows before. Working his way out of homelessness, collecting and recycling aluminium cans for food, a fire that destroyed all of his belongings, his marriage break-up, a car accident that left him with a broken neck, unemployed and thought that his life had come to an end. This is what he says, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=okDB9HPe9cY To me, the message he was trying to say is the profound power of positive thinking which I personally believe in. What say you myLotters?

I didnt watch the video... My Internet is too slow for youtube :( but yes, I agree with you on the positive thinking aspect. We all have a power to think but as Shiv Khera put it - "Practicing Perfect Makes one Perfect..." same stays applicable here too. All People think and say that it is positive... but how far is their thinking positive... who knows?

Hi thesids! Try to catch the clip if you could. And what you said here about how far does one think positively is just as thought provoking. Thanks for sharing.

I say you are absolutely right. He has a way to put his views across quite positively kindling positive thoughts in our minds. The basic idea i got after listening to this small recording is think positive thoughts and positive results are bound to follow.Banish negative thoughts from our minds for negative or bad consequences will result in our lives.

Hi picjim! Right! That's what I got out of listening to it too. Positive things from positive thinking and likewise the opposite. Thanks for your comment.

I am sorry my internet is way too slow to watch this video but I do believe that when someone thinks positive and believes in themselves then somethings are a lot easy to work towards or overcome. $-MrDollars-$

Yes! I agree with you. And that's exactly what he meant. It's all about positive thinking.
