People get old,as they getting older more causes of skin aging occurs, because of the free radicals oxygen based-molecules getting much higher than usual rate of exposing to the sun for a long period of time. the other cause are the toxins in our environment such as cigarette smoke, smoke from the car engine and many more. Those what we called free radicals destroy what we called cell at alter genetic material resulting to aging of the skin, producing wrinkles and skin cancer. The anti-oxidant has the ability to fight those free radicals. And the good news is we found some of it to our kitchen. POWERFULL ANTI-OXIDANT FOUND ON OUR KITCHEN 1.Allium - Can be found in garlic and onion. 2.Antocyanin - We can get by consuming berries,cherries,oranges,andblackbeans (soysauce). The blueberries particularly good for the skin that is why the recomended to consume 1/2 of cup per day as much as possible. 4.Beta-Carotine - Carrort are the good source of this,included sweet potatoes and squash. 5.Lycopene - Can get it by consuming tomatoes,watermelon and suha. 6.Quercetin - We can get it in Brocolli,Crainberies,Onion and Apple
