I would have to say the most annoying thing about my computer is the fact that its in my room. it generates so much heat that when i have my windows open and a fan going it still doesnt do anything. does a laptop generate less heat? if i use a laptop will my room go back to a normal temperature for once?

An airconditioned room would be good if you have computers in your room. It is both beneficial to you and your computer. Computers also need ventilation for your system to work well and you lessen the risks of getting your PC to become slow or freeze. If you have laptop you can buy an external fan to keep its temperature.

How about scheduling automatic shutdown and startup times or setting it up to go to sleep after 30 mins?
