i have reduced my 20 kg weight by dietary control ,walking taking breakfast and lunch,dinner in time ,i take low calory diet ,i am quite comfortable what about u

you take take two light biscits with tea or sprouts or two small bread sandwitch without butter and potato ,in snacks ,take two bread with lot of salad ,in the evening again take very light snacks with tea ,again two bread with salad and veg in the dinner ,take dinner atleast wo hour before ypu sleep ,take atleast one fruit daily and go for morning walk daily for about 3to 4 km ,avoid nonveg ,parties ,you will see results

That is amazing! Well done! This is really a great accomplishment! As for me, I am not on a diet at the moment, but I think I would like to loose a few kilos as well. I just need to get around to it!

Wow. That is a considerable amount of pounds lost. Good for you. If only I can lost at least five pounds too. How many calories do you eat only per day? How much time do you also allot to walking and other forms of exercise per day? I am eating no carbohydrates but I still have not lost weight. Maybe it is because I indulge in a slice of cake or chocolate once every two days.

Wow..... 20Kg . You must be trying really hard to loose that much. I find its really hard to control my self especially my eating habit and regular exercise. I think after working that hard you really deserve to feel comfort about yourself and indeed start from know you will bee feel lighter in every step you take. May I know how long its takes to loose that much, not to fast I hope.

I have no problem with my weight but what I do know is one can balance their eating habits and do some exercises and weight will never become an issue.

Congratulations on loosing weight and feeling much more comfortable. I liked the sound of the low calorie diet that you have followed. I notice that you drank tea and I prefer to drink fruit juice. I was always an ideal weight until one year ago when I was weak following a severe blood loss at my daughter's birth. I had my baby last summer and was too ill to exercise in the three months after she was born. Therefore I have kept my 'baby' tummy. I look four months pregnant all the time I think. I wish to loose some weight.

Congratulation for reduced of your weight and feeling comfortable.Very fat person feel uncomfortable,unable to walk fast,lots of sickness on their body.Remember that don't be too weak.I am not very fat and not very thin and I don't have to reduce my weight.Wealthy and healthy happy life.
