Yes I too got a mail regarding ECT . I am not sure but I hear a news that they charge 5$ for the transaction for Asian users.

Hi, Yeah it is a great relief for us.Electronic cash transfer is really convenient in my opinion and they complete the transfers to local banks really fast.Thanks to them for resuming this service again.I really like this Payment processor. Happy friendship day!
