Hello guys...I don have any debit/credit card to be used for verification of my paypal account. I wasnt able to get one because I thought if i link the my paypal to my local bank, I can now withdraw from my paypal account. But it says, i need to be verified to lift my withdrawal limit. Should I really need debit/credit card to get verified?or I just missed something. By the way I'm from the philippines and I'm new in online money making. This would be my first Paypal transaction and my first online income...so, am so excited about it.

Most of the banks in the Philippines do accept paypal.
Unfortunately most of the Customer reps are not aware of this.
There is a corresponding Bank name and code for each bank. You can search in online. Unfortunately I can't post it here. Somehow, I can't paste any links.

I have already found the bank code and successfully added it to my paypal account, but my withdrawal limit is Php00.00. Do I need to get a debit/credit card to get verified?

I understand dear since i had face that before so exciting coz finally you can withdraw form your online money making sites. I am also from philippines and im willing to help u on your dilemma. I suggest if you have credit card u use it to veirfy your account. theres really a need to veirfy your account coz if not you cant do some transactions from your account. If you dont have any credit card, you try to apply an eon card at union bank,.The process is just easy and it only costs you 200 pesos, you just need to go personally to the bank and you ask the bank personnel that youll going to apply for eon card, just bring with u two valid ids, after filling up u just need to wait for few days until you get your card. Thanks. I have already applied for EON card with Union Bank but since I got some info from the net that I can have withdrawal transaction through my local bank, I did not bother anymore to get my EON card since. Aside from that, it takes 6hrs.travel (back and forth) to reach Union Bank from my place.
So, how would that be? I should have a debit/credit card first to get verified,but, could I still withdraw from my local bank?

You need to get those EON master card that is your only card you need if you are talking about any other card like BPI, BDO or Metrobank you need a debit card account for those and not an ATM do you know the minimum for opening a savings account with debit cards are almost 3000 pesos while EON only cost 350 pesos so I suggest you get those EON card if you want to get your earnings.

You can't claim your money from paypal thru western union directly but there is a way on how to do it, here is how: Sell your dollar earnings to PinoyGoldExchange (PGX) and choose how you want to receive your money, one option there is to receive money via Western Union. You can get a pre-paid debit credit card there's no credit check to get one, so you should be able to get one. some prepaid credit cards allow you to transfer founds from paypal to card you can add the prepaid card transfer code number to your paypal account to verify your paypal account.
You can use pre-paid credit card add the transfer code to paypal as a bank account that should help you verify your paypal account.

Iam also from the Philippines. And yes, you need either a credit card or a debit card in order for your paypal account to be verified. Verification indeed increses the limit of your transactions. Without being verified you can't and will never ba able to withdraw your cash from paypal even if you have linked your local bank account to it.
If you haven't got any credit card then you can apply for a debit card from Union bank. They will be charging you 350 for the membership per annum. You can add this to your paypal account and the latter will be deducting a $1 + amount from your Unionbank debit card but once your paypal account has been verified they will return that amount to your account.

The easiest way to verify your Paypal is with the use of credit card or debit card. For credit card, just make sure that it is either Visa or MasterCard and that it has a 3 digit security code printed on the card itself or a 3 digit code that could be retrieved from your bank. HSBC, BPI and Citibank cards from the Philippines are accepted. For debit card, use EON Visa Electron Debit Card from UnionBank.
