How to post multiple ads in craigslist

Hi I want to post my links to craigslist. I am Indian and want to post atleast 10 ads daily in USA (different states) craigslist. How can I do this. I haven't any USA phone number to verify my account. Can I use any software to post my ads. Then what software is good for that? Please suggest me.....
