How to create RSS feeds...i need your help.....

Hello friends, well i need some help from you guys. I'm creating a website for my college project. So, i thought of adding some more features to it. I'm using asp.net to create the site. I was thinking of adding a RSS feed to it so that the users can subscribe to those feeds and will be able to get timely updates from my site. But the real problem is i don't know how to create the feed. So, if anyone out there can help me in create the RSS feed, i'll be very thankful...
