do you really like your job?

it is very hard to alway have passion especially after working in the same position for years, if you don't really love it. so, if you don't love your job, how to make yourself calm and not bored? I know salary increase can be a solution but your supervisor won't offer you more money whenever you are bored. any good ideas? I need them....

how about having a side job? I mean, something you can do (for earning) on weekends, something that you have the passion. that way you might get any input of switching to a new job later if you have finally found any better or more interesting job.

yes I like really my job. first intrastate, next sincerity then really I love job.
