Waking up and not knowing how you got in a certain position.

There are times where I wake up in the oddest positions. One leg on the bed and one foot touching the floor. Then there are times where I am entangled with the covers. Then other times where my legs are crossed. We do really move around a lot during the night when we are sleeping. Do you ever wake up in an odd position and have no idea how you got to that point?

I've already experienced that! It makes me laugh just thinking about that.
I slept in my usual fetal position with my head on the head rest of my bed. Then when I woke up, I was already sprawled across the bed. I was like, "how did I get here?"

It is a mystery in many cases. It is hard to really figure out how we move. Of course, when we are sleep, we never truly know what we are doing. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

All the time. Usually it's just me starting out on my side and always ending up flat on my back... but once I woke up with my legs crossed and my arms draped across the headboard. We do such strange things when we're half asleep.

All too true. I am rather curious what happens to get me from Point A to Point B in my sleep. Of course, considering the fact that I am asleep, I'll never really know. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.
