Anyone knows if this site is a scam site or not?

I just signed up with this website. It is an affiliate marketing website like clickbank that offers 75% commission when you get a sale. I am still studying the how it works and no one to ask for help since I just stumble this website while browsing. The website is Marketbay(dot)com. Anyone knows about this site? So far, while browsing the net, I can't find any negative feedback about the website. And also, after signing with them, I received a long distance call from them confirming my application. So, I was kinda thinking, if this site is a scam, they won't bother calling me spending some bucks for a long distance call. By the way, being an affiliate with them is absolutely free. Anyone here who been working with them?
