do you love to sleep more?

Well ! sleeping is an activity which I love to do more. Specially in the morning time I want to sleep more and don't want to leave my bed. Everyone around me raises earlier than me. But I don't care for it because I love sleeping. Some people says that one should get up early, but I say that what to do if I get up early. Instead, I sleep more and more. Do you have same bad habit like me..

I think than I am your sister because I also like to sleep more when every body around me are raises early. I am kind of person who sleeps late at night and raise late in the morning. My parents use to call me as vampire...

Ya me too.I need full time to sleep and i sleep early at night and even wake up late in the morning.I feel very Drowsy and again i feel like to sleep.When i reach home i used first i eat my meal and i used to sleep.My sister wake me in the morning,and when she wake me i used to wake up once and again i will to my bed and i will sleep.This is my bad habit.Is there anybody to help in this situation? Sometime when i feel sleepy I wonder myself why i want to sleep that much, may be i will dry.

It is a law of Nature that bad habits attract more than the good ones! Sleeping in the fresh morning hours is not at all good for health! Ofcourse, if you sleep lately at night around 1am to 2am or more like me, you may take rest upto 9am, because our body and mind need full rest of 7 hours in a 24 hours cycle! But I may say that it is advisable to take rest before 11pm and get up before 6am in all seasons regularly! You may take rest for half an hour after lunch, if time permits so. Early rising has a very good impact on body and mind, if it is followed by fresh up and morning walk or some exercise! Working in your garden may be taken up as a creative and productive exercise that creates satisfication also!! Thanks for this nice topic and take care to rise early regularly!!

i really, really love sleeping, and i have a hard time eliminating it even now that i am already a mother. it is my way of relaxation and healing myself from stress. whenever i have no work, i slept most of the time. and i raise late too. i felt good and young and fresh whenever i got enough sleep.

Me too sleeps more and i like sleeping a lot.The more time i sleep the more i feel like to sleep.I have a habit of sleeping after breakfast till lunch time.I never go out as its too hot so even if i don't like to sleep,i just lean on the bed and read books and magazines.I am best friend of my bed and good lover of sleep.My parents and friends scold me that sleeping more is not good habit but how can i stop that.As i give more attention to sleep i miss to reach to a place where my friends visit.

i always sleep in the morning more . after wake up and freshing my self i will have a cup of tea or coffee and then again go to bed for second round and sleep up to 2 more hours. as u said the early morning sleep is really a blossom and thedreams also will continue for our enjoyment . i too agree this is a bad habit which i need to avoid in total

I usually just sleep alot when I have nothing else to do, or when I want to avoid something. Sleeping is OK, but the minute something better is going on I get up. I would prefer to do things rather than sleep I think.

Hi, sanjeevsingh. I usually will get as much of sleep as I can at night. Like this morning, when I was still tired,, I went right back to sleep. I was still drowsy and I needed some more sleep. I don't sleep so late in the day. I am usually up at least by 10:30 am.

There is news a new scientifically proven about too much of sleep. that you will be prone on a heart problem. well not really sure of that,i wish i can sleep more, i to love sleep as well. we called it beauty rest, but i cannot, because i have my insomnia.some people say that, if you sleep more, you will look twenty years younger.

I love to sleep and take a lot of naps during the day. I have health problems and I get tired very easy so then I have to sleep. My son is 8 and very active and I get up and chase him around then I am very tired and I have to get more sleep. I usually don't get to bed till later at night but I like to sleep in if I can in the morning. I usually can't sleep in because my son is home and I have to keep track of him. When he is in school, my hubby and I both go back to sleep for awhile.

Usually I go to sleep really late for no reason lol So that usually means I wake up much later than everyone in my house. Yesterday was one of my days that I went to sleep really late 3 a.m. and i woke up at 11 a.m. ......i slept for 8 hours =]

I love Sleeping, but sleeping more than an hour from usual will make you weak that's why as long as possible i wake up early to get rid of weak feeling, when i go to sleep i don't like to hear any noise or seeing a light passes to the door i know its weird.

my boyfriend does the same..he sleeps in the morning and rises really late... he is difficult to awaken... but i on the other hand rises early even if i slept late as long as i have some important commitments on that day..but if i don't have any...i would love to cuddle with my boyfriend as he sleeps in the morning...=)

Being able to sleep well is something I consider the best gift from God. There are people in the world who suffer from sleeplessness. So if we really want to know the value of 'sleeping' then we should ask such people. I usually sleep for seven or eight hours, and it is because I'm taking these medicines, and most of them are steroids. For all those people out there who are unable to sleep, I have a suggestion for you guys, make sure you physically do some hard work. This is the best way to have some good sleep, which is, first get tired and then come back home and try to sleep. You will love it!

hi there! we can sleep whenever and wherever as we like.i love sleeping but there is a limit i made for myself.i will only sleep not more than 8 hours.the least is 5 hours.if i go more than 8 hours my bodyclock and everything will get changed.perhaps it is just a small matter for others but not for me.

No way. it was not work for me. If I do then people said you are very lazy at all time. if I want asleep only night to morning and wake up. I never forget that I hated bad dream in a sleeping. It gave me afraid. If I sleep not to work then I get a woman sleeping with me comfortable.

yes i also have a habit like this :) i like to sleep it makes me happy. whenever i get into a bad mood or someone makes me mad i just say screw it and go to sleep. Sometimes i have to wait for something and i just decide to sleep until then. lol

I think I have the same bad habit like you now and I found this more serious than before now. I think the reason that has made this situation more serious is that I would like to escape from the pressure and work that I am facing every day. Whenever I have loads of exams to prepare for, I would just give myself excuse like " my brain works more powerfully after a good sleep and can help myself to remember and understand the stuffs more easily" and I have to wake up at mid night for my revision till the early morning. This is obvious that I put my revision to the last and the reason behind is simply because I would like to escape from my revisions. However, sleeping is essential to us and it really helps us to resume energy and perform better during the day. Just do it properly and you will be fine!
