disgusting food

Yikes!!!
Yesterday after lunch, I received an email about the incident happened in our office canteen. Attached is the picture of rice with cockroach. This is the 2nd time that the same incident happened. But, still our big bosses don't mind about the issue. I don't know if I'm the one who overreacted about the issue or it is just a normal thing?

hi adel I would have reacted pretty violently myself as that would gross me out. canteens and cafes and restaurants have been closed because of just such incidents when the health inspectors come around. yuck. that is endangering the health of all who eat there, truly.The big bosses should be ashamed of themselves. they are treading on thin ice over the issue,the board of health could close down the canteen here in the US I do not know about where you are but I would sure find a way to report the incidents myself.

That is truly disgusting! I am currently interning at a bank and the cafeteria there really puts me off too. I saw a cockroach near the microwave one day although I haven't seen any bugs in the food. I ordered a sandwich one day though and there was a hair on the plate, touching the edge of one of the sandwiches. I told one of the workers there and he changed the plate but not the sandwiches. I didn't know which sandwich edge the hair had been touching so I cut off the edges of all the sandwiches and ate them although I felt kind of sick.
