Immortality

I've never entertained thoughts of being immortal because of the people I love. But if that immortality would encompassed all the people in the world including the ones I love, then yes. I've lost a lot of love ones on earth since I was young that the feeling of being immortal surpassed me. I'd rather join them than be alone trying to enjoy immortality. I've seen a movie about this also(the title escapes me now). A family found the fountain of youth that no matter how old they were, they are still living with mortals. The teenager son had to leave a young lady he fell in love with in the end. That is really sad for me. I can not imagine living so many lives with other mortals then continue my life for hundreds or thousands of years alone.

Yeah me too - I used to image being immortal - it'll be nice! Yet again, one life-time is enough for me.

Yes i have imagined of becoming a immortal when I was a kid. But as I grew up I understood there is nothing good about being a immortal.

Yes i also had watched lot of movies in which the Gods or heroes were immortal but none of them is really true. If everyone wants to be immortal then one cannot maintain the cycle of life in this earth. For everything that begins there is an end somewhere. I wanted to be immortal before but now i don't want to be. Because if i were i would be having the longest life and there would just not be any end to it. That seems kinda scary for me so i would rather stay mortal.

Yes i dreamed and wished i am immortal. aside from that i dreamed of also having some powers and magic! it is every child's dream i guess. If i were immortal, i would be able to live and be with everybody that i love for the longest time they will be alive. well anyway it is all just a child's dream and this will not really be possible.

I don't want to be immortal, I wish to die with my friends and family.. I don't want to live alone in this world...
