What is Wealth? Money? Peace? Anything You Want?

Hi thesids, (I responded to this discussion a while ago but it didn't show up here. Let me try to do it again.) This is a beautiful discussion you started. It made me think deeply into it. I think all te slogans you mentioned here have some truth. But one slogan cannot stand alone. Or even if we combine the 3; health + time + money, still the cannot perfectly equate to wealth. Something is still missing; health + time + money + (?) = wealth. If we add PEACE OF MIND as the missing factor, I would say the perfectly completes the equation; health + time + money + peace of mind = wealth. Now, if I only have 2 choices here, I would choose the same as you did: health + peace of mind = wealth. If my physical and spiritual being are in good condition, I would be in the best position to make the other 2 essentials in life: money and time. That's my few cents! I hope I made my ideas clear here. To good health and peace of mind, cheers!

We need those things but we don't really want them. What we want to have is love, someone to love us and someone that we will love.

wealth is whatever it is that makes you happy. it doesn't have to be money. For me it's a happy family, a good job, and a job that can support me and my family.
