Best build for Lightning sorceress?

i made a powerful light sorc on usa west in diablo2. i have him wearing griffons with a 5-5 lightning facet, an echuta with a 5-5, Chains of honor AP, rare boots with nice mods, +3lightning sorc ammy, frostburns, arachs, ravenfrost and a FCR with resistance to all. also anni and hellfire torch. is there a better build that someone knows for PVM? my merc hasa eth infinty CA, andys mask socked with a ral, and ebugged fortitude.
